Why did Rory Emerald bail David Cidy out of jail?

Who says it was the Great Rory Emerald. Maybe he did, maybe he did not. I think it may have been Rush Limbaugh that posted the bail. Rush is a very flamboyant personality, (much like Rory) and Rush has bunches of money. His home in Florida is worth at least $25 Million. It's an ocean front estate in West Palm Beach. Anyway, it makes for an interesting story. And I think they are about the same age..... 60 something !!!!!
