I really need to know the name of the song?

ok,theres a song iv heard today and it made me crippy!!two tenors sing it,a man,probably pavarotti,and a woman.its a very common one,and it has been played in a lot of movies!!the language is not english,i think is italian or something.im sure it is ludicrously common but i need a clue!!!!
