Possible bcs scinario?

there are 6 bcs confrences and the winner of thoes confrences goes to a bcs bowl game so what happens if none of thoes confrences champions are top 10 bcs teams and no bcs confrence teams are top 10 the top 4 non bcs confrence teams would go the top 4 bowls so wouldnt the #5 team be pissed being snuffed out of a big game when they did so well what would happen
