Can't load pogo solitiare, have changed all settings suggested, keeps on freezing up and won't load?

Have all changes made to play pogo however I still can't play solitiare, bowling. At times I can play showbig slots. Lately it freezes up when I select a game to play. My friends are also having the same problems and they to have set the settings as suggested.
