Alrighty, so this morning I woke up to a really great song on the radio. I'm pretty sure it was David Bowie, because he's got that fantastic voice, but if it wasn't, it sure sounded like him. The chorus started with something like, "I'm trying to think of words that I could say to you. I'm sorry if they don't come out the way I mean them to..." and in the background there's a guy saying 'promise me...' over and over. What is the name of this song?
